"Working at TMJ has given me the opportunity to develop my career and succeed in my degree. I have received exceptional support and training allowing me to increase my knowledge in the construction industry and the quantity surveying profession, alongside developing personal skills. Having no real knowledge of either when starting at TMJ, they have helped me progress massively and I wouldn’t be where I am now without them.
Not only have they invested in me completing my degree, they provide all employees and sub-contractors with various training courses to allow everyone to better themselves and the company.
We have a new office in the centre of Ashton-under-Lyne with great facilities (my favourite is the oven), which are also continuously improving. For example, developing and incorporating more technologies to help with our work.
TMJ is a family run business and this reflects in the company ethos, everyone is known on a personal level rather than a number in a system and are treated well. Everybody gets along very well and there is a great atmosphere in the office, making coming to work every day enjoyable."
